What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn & Landscape Laborer position at OSMANN LAWN & LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT?
Looking to hire full time lawn and landscape laborer. 40-50 hours a week. We are a smaller lawn & landscape company based out of Mukwoango, WI. Most of our work is within 15 mile radius of Mukwonago. Hours are M-F 8-6 (can vary depending on workload/weather) .
*Positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
*Prior experience in landscaping required
*Ability to operate: commercial lawn equipment, skid loader, compact tractor, dump truck etc..
*Ability to drive a truck with trailer
*Must have basic mechanical ability.
*Able to problem solve & troubleshoot
*Willing to work long hours outside in Wisconsin weather
*Ability to communicate well.
*Job tasks include: mowing, trimming, mulch, spring and fall clean up, weeding, shrub & trimming, grading etc..
