We strive to provide our Mementors (anyone employed by the Memento Mori Hospitality group—Jame, Ospi Venice, Ospi Brentwood, Jemma Hollywood, Ospi Costa Mesa, ¡Jaime! Taqueria, and now Ospi Montecito) with the same level of hospitality that we offer each guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations
- Hire, train, and develop new hires
- Provide direct and non bias feedback
- Department management (liquor, wine, and paper goods ordering and inventory)
- Implement new HR, IT, and payroll systems
- Teach and learn one new skill everyday
- Grow the business by 1% everyday
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
