We're seeking an innovative and motivated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for performing various maintenance duties to maintain and enhance the value of our communities. You'll work closely with our Maintenance Manager and Property Manager to ensure the overall physical maintenance of the community.
The ideal candidate will have excellent grounds keeping and maintenance skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess outstanding time management and organizational skills. Additionally, you'll need to be willing to work in all outdoor conditions, have a flexible schedule with weekend availability, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
