We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will also assist with data entry, QuickBooks tasks, and Excel-related responsibilities, helping ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain calendars by scheduling appointments and managing meeting logistics.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and office management tasks.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions such as invoicing, billing, and record keeping.
- Utilize Excel to maintain spreadsheets, generate reports, and assist with data analysis.
- Support team members with various tasks, acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations within the office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
