We’re looking for a clinical solutions specialist to provide exceptional service, support and training to dental professionals who use our digital solutions. Your role will help dental professionals improve their workflows and patient outcomes with our digital solutions. You will build long standing mutually beneficial partnerships with customers and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
The role will also suit a surgical dental nurse or dental assistant who’s looking to make the change and move into a corporate role.
In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to dental professionals who use our digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, design and production, to identify and escalate product issues as necessary.
- Provide product information, demonstrations and training to customers in protocols, equipment and devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and dental staff in the effective use of Osteon Medical digital products.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical support requests.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to improve the customer support experience.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in a dental technician, dental assistant, dental product support or similar role.
- Experience with digital dental technology such intraoral scanning.
- Ability to perform demonstrations, create and deliver tailored presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and implants.
- Experience assisting in dental surgeries is an advantage.
