Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 (DOE)

Position:

The Information Technology Helpdesk Technician position will perform a wide range of IT related duties including, but not limited to:

· Tech Support Help Desk - Initial point of contact for all end-user support requests via telephone, email, and/or in person.

· Support Ticketing System Administration - Creation of support tickets, assigning of support tickets, and following up on uncompleted support tickets.

· Computer Hardware setup, troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance.

· Computer Software installations, troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance.

· Company Mobile Phone setup, troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance.

· Equipment Orders – Placing orders for all IT related equipment, along with creating, receiving, and completing Purchase Orders.

· Maintain inventory of hardware and software

• Assist in company-wide hardware and software deployments and implementations.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documents.
• Create and document SOP documentation.
• Maintain Microsoft O365
• Maintain Microsoft Active Directory
• Maintain VoIP system [3CX]
• Maintain MDMs [jamfNOW, Samsung KNOX]

Qualifications:

Technical Qualifications:

· Two, or more years’ IT experience

· Microsoft Windows Active Directory

· Microsoft Windows OS

· Microsoft Windows Server OS

· Apple Mac OS

· Apple iOS Mobile Environment, JAMF MDM

· Microsoft Office Suite

· O365

· Basic Network Understanding [LAN/WAN]

· PC Setup and Deployment

· Mobile Phones Deployment

· 3CX VoIP Platform

· General Networking Understanding

· HelpDesk Software

Personal Qualifications:

· Strong hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (In person and over the phone)

· Efficient at task management (multi-tasking)

· Self-motivated

· Highly reliable and punctual

· Great organizational skills

· Great people skills

· Team player/oriented

· Bilingual is a plus, but not mandatory.

· Transportation Industry Experience a plus!
