The Marketing Manager at Ostra leads digital-first initiatives to create demand, generate qualified opportunities, and support Sales growth. This role focuses on driving awareness and engagement through strategic campaigns, content, and digital channels—turning interest into pipeline. Collaborating closely with Sales, the Marketing Manager ensures alignment on messaging, targeting, and lead quality to fuel business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive qualified leads.
Own and manage Ostra’s website, ensuring SEO optimization and clear messaging that supports lead conversion.
Create and manage content across multiple channels (email, social, blog, landing pages, etc.) to educate and attract prospects.
Build and refine lead nurturing workflows and email sequences to guide prospects through the funnel.
Collaborate with Sales to align messaging, identify target audiences, and support outbound efforts.
Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize strategy and maximize ROI.
Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integration to ensure clean data and accurate tracking.
Coordinate paid media efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to reach high-intent buyers.
Support events, webinars, and partner co-marketing efforts to expand reach and drive engagement.
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touch-points.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
Contribute to strategic planning and help shape Ostra’s go-to-market efforts based on data and feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in the HubSpot suite—including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Content Hub, and Service Hub—for campaign execution, content management, lead nurturing, and reporting.
Experience using Riverside or similar podcasting tools to produce and repurpose audio/video content.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other digital analytics platforms to track campaign performance and optimize digital strategy.
Hands-on experience with sales intelligence and ABM tools such as Clay, Seamless.AI, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales.
Navigator to support targeted outreach and campaign personalization.
Excellent project management, communication, and content development skills across digital channels.
