We're a fabless semiconductor company based in Moorestown, NJ, with openings for Staff or Principal Design Engineers to help advance cutting-edge RF and millimeter-wave technologies for 5G/6G, defense, and satellite communications. We’re looking for engineers with strong expertise in RF and analog circuit design - spanning power amplifiers, tunable filters, LNAs, and integrated front-end modules - ideally with experience in Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) CMOS processes. Proficiency with tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Keysight ADS, Momentum, and HFSS is required; experience with III-V technologies, MATLAB, or Python is a strong plus. Candidates should be collaborative, self-motivated, and capable of leading designs from concept through production. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
