We're hiring a Compressor Technician in Louisville, KY, and seeking those eager to contribute to an evolving company.

Competitive Pay: Earn between $23.00/hr. and $40.00/hr., commensurate with experience and skills.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Service and troubleshoot compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other equipment.
• Perform failure diagnostics and recommend reliability improvements.
• Complete comprehensive work reports and necessary paperwork.
• Keep your service vehicle ready for action with essential tools and parts.
• Maintain a professional demeanor to foster positive interactions with clients and peers.
• Uphold technical and mechanical expertise across assignments.
• Adapt to various tasks as required.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous multi-craft experience is beneficial.
• Effective communication capabilities, both written and spoken.
• Driven, independent worker with a positive work ethic.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Valid Driver’s License, along with successful background and drug tests.
• Flexibility in physical activities including standing and bending.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
