Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Sales Director to join our team on-site in Bernardsville, NJ. The Sales Director will oversee the sales team, manage sales operations, and drive business development initiatives. This role requires building and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Director will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall sales efforts of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
- Proven track record in Sales, Team Management and Customer Service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Experience in the technical textiles industry is a plus but not a requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
