Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Hours: Flexible schedule, approximately 20 Hours per week
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team and help us manage our financial records with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
* Perform job costing to accurately allocate costs to specific projects.
* Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger entries.
* Process accounts payable and receivable.
* Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and job-specific cost analyses.
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with the team to manage budgets and track expenses.
* Assist with payroll processing as needed.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in QuickBooks with a strong understanding of job costing.
* Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in the construction or electrical industry is a plus but not required.
