We provide an environment that enables our multi-disciplinary teams to continue to learn, find new ways to do things better and bring new solutions, features and professional support to market. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.
Recruiting of new contractual business
- Collect business financials and perform financial analysis of business
- Creation of supply agreement Term Sheet
- Negotiate supply agreement terms with business owners
- Collaborate with Oticon's legal team to finalize contract terms
- Conduct customer onboarding process after signing
- Integrate customers into networking groups
Management of existing contractual business
- Ensure customers contract compliance and review progress with customers periodically
- Ensure customers participate with eligible business development services (webinars, sales trainings, and affinity meetings)
- Collaborate with Oticon's finance team to develop strategy for non-compliant accounts.
- Sustain and enhance share of wallet within assigned existing business channels
- Execute agreed strategy to improve non-compliant account compliance.
- Resign, Rewrite and Extend customer contracts when appropriate.
Training and Education
- Lead and/or participate in webinars, sales trainings and networking meetings, both virtually and in-person
- Create and/or refine training content (financial, marketing, management, sales and procedures)
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and training with owners and staff as appropriate
Administration
- Communicate with customers and Oticon staff within 24 hours of receiving voice or email
- Travel to visit customers at national and regional events. Up to 20% overnight travel is often expected
- Complete special projects or assignments as may be assigned from time to time
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is required
- 5 years consulting, management, and finance experience required
- Specific hearing health industry or B-B consulting experience is preferred
- Strong communicator via in-person, phone, and e-mail promoting a professional, customer-oriented and collaborative style
- Open to feedback and desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Well organized and effectively manages schedule, travel, and budget in a professional and cost-efficient manner
- Collaborate effectively with business development team as well as other departments within the organization and externally
- Proficiency in necessary software including Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint, and virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Teams
- Proven ability in understanding of financial statements and contracts
