What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant/Receptionist position at Otolaryngology Plastic Surgery Associates?
We are an Otolaryngology (ENT) Practice with offices in Doylestown, Lansdale and Sellersville. We are currently looking to add staff to our roster.
Medical Assistant – Works directly with Physician and patients in the exam room. Full-Time position.
Medical Receptionist - Welcome patients, make appointments, answer phones. Full-time position
Qualifications
- Medical administrative support
- Medical office experience - 1 year or more
- Computer skills
- Patient service
- Front desk operations
- Knowledge of medical records management
- Experience as a medical receptionist
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in CPT coding
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Customer service experience
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
Work Hours - Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Benefits and PTO provided.
Pay-Rate is based on the average wages in the area. We are open to discussing these rates based on your skills and experience in the field of healthcare.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
