Job Summary
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Student Loan Program to join our team. The SME will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and guidance on various aspects of student loan programs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in loan origination, escrow, credit analysis, underwriting, and mortgage servicing to support student loan programs
- Provide guidance on contract compliance and TILA regulations
- Conduct detailed math calculations related to student loans
- Assist in FNMA loan processes and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient loan processing
Requirements
- Proficiency in 10 key typing
- Strong background in credit analysis and underwriting
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing practices
- Familiarity with TILA regulations
- Excellent math skills
- Experience in FNMA loan processes is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
