Overview
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Student Loans to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan origination, processing, underwriting, and credit analysis.
Duties
- Provide expertise on student loan products and services
- Assist in developing and maintaining loan origination and processing procedures
- Ensure compliance with TILA, FNMA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Conduct credit analysis for student loan applications
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex student loan issues
- Review and analyze student loan contracts
Qualifications
- Proficiency in loan origination, processing, underwriting, and credit analysis
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and TILA
- Knowledge of FNMA guidelines
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
