Behavior Technician
Qualifications:
Non-violent Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training/certification required (or a willingness to become CPI trained accepted).
First Aid / CPR certification required (willingness to become certified is accepted).
Excellent attendance and reliability required.
RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) credentials preferred but not required.

Compensation:
Pay Grade 11: $20.51 per hour starting wages. Well qualified candidates start higher. Maximum pay up to $25 per hour.
Schedule and calendar:
7 hours per day
Balanced calendar position: 204 days (plus possible inter-session school days available and encouraged)
