Barrel One Collective (B1C) is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Maine and Seacoast, NH territory. As a key player in our sales force, you'll be the face of our brand, fostering relationships and driving growth in the region.
Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling B1C’s diverse portfolio to both on-premise and off-premise accounts. You'll focus on building strong partnerships, expanding our market presence, and ensuring our products are prominently featured throughout Maine. To excel in this role, you will be required to live in Seacoast New Hampshire or Southern Maine, allowing you to effectively connect with accounts and maintain a strong local presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with account staff and distributor sales personnel.
- Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase B1C's footprint in the region.
- Product Promotion: Execute on-premise and off-premise promotions, including beer festivals, in-store tastings, and special events.
- Training & Education: Educate accounts and distributors about B1C products, ensuring they have the knowledge to effectively promote our brands.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels, ensure optimal shelf placement, and maintain product freshness.
Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the beer production process and familiarity with various beer styles.
- Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of alcohol beverage regulations related to sales and promotions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Office 365 applications, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license with a clean record and willingness to travel as needed.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for craft beer and a competitive spirit.
