Job Responsibilities:
- Crafting media messages, press releases, and media campaigns.
- Media Monitoring
- Daily news monitoring and reporting to the team
- Journo request searches
- Database searches and monitoring
- Any other duties assigned by your account strategist
- Potential to manage clients
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills
- Confidence in working directly with clients
- Comfortability and confidence in managing client expectations
- Comfortable working in a team setting
- Management skills to manage multiple duties/tasks
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Writing experience
Education, Experience, and Other Qualities Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Political Science, Communications, or Public Relations is a plus
- One year of experience as a journalist, writer, publicist, or editor preferred (Educational experience accepted)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadline pressure
