Non-Profit organization aiding and providing services for underserved populations is seeking a dynamic Contract Administrative Assistant for its corporate office in Los Angeles.
HYBRID schedule : M-F 8am-5pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Processes and tracks all agreements received by the contracts department.
- Provides general administrative support
- Maintains the organization of the department's contracts and compliance records.
- Able to create graphs and charts based on data
- Completes accurate meeting minutes, schedules meetings, prepares materials / presentations, hand outs and schedules training as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring all psychiatrist and nurse practitioners licenses are current.
- Interacts with other internal programs, clinical / support staff and external sources such as school or community personnel as applicable.
- Reports to work on time and maintains reliable and regular attendance.
