Position: PTYC - Youth Services Lead Staff

The job of the Youthcare Services Lead Staff is to support the day-to-day operations of the district’s youthcare services by instructing and leading support staff. Must be willing to take on tasks as assigned and provide all basic care needs. Will be expected to plan and prepare different group activities, giving instructions and collaborating with other staff. Also needs to be able to give clear instructions to the children, as well as identify behavioral problems and help determine the right course of action. Childcare experience is also preferred. Looking for someone with good time management and strong communication skills, as well as someone that is able and willing to complete required trainings. This position is a part time position working 25-30 hours a week.

- Must be 18 years of age
- Experience in childcare
- Willing to meet DHS licensing requirements
