Duties Include
- Leading the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsor, senior management, and appropriate stakeholders.
- Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
- Manage project budget, resource allocation and project timelines.
- Overseeing project execution including coordinating components of the overall project, communicating plans, leading working sessions, and communicating progress. Creating, maintaining, organizing, and compiling project documentation. Coordinating meetings for the project team. Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes. Organizing and leading project meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
- The Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and may be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Occasional travel to various branches and other locations required.
Salary : $60,424
