The Accountant based in Paramus, NJ, will be responsible for maintaining financial records across the company in a General Contractor Construction company. Key Responsibilities:
- AIA Requisitions
- Lien Waiver Management
- Accounting and Data Entry
- Financial Reporting and Reconciliation including A/P, A/R's.
- Expense and Purchase Order Management
- Vendor and Client Communication
- Field Operations Coordination
- Chart of accounts management
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail in financial matters.

- Deep familiarity with the AIA requisition process and construction-related financial procedures.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years (preferred) experience in bookkeeping with a focus on accounting/cost accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong administrative and data entry skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
Salary:
- 70-80k a year

M-F 9am-5pm
