UX Designer
Our Digital Marketing team is looking for a UX Designer– a generalist, but with strength and passion for UX writing, strategy, and research.
We're looking for someone able to multi-task and manage multiple timelines. This person performs tasks effectively, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively and professionally.
You will report to the Director of User Experience, who supports user experience for web & mobile app.
Location : Role is 80% onsite. (Aka 4 days a week in the office. 1 day remote.)
Responsibilities :
- Translate abstract concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
- Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user experience and user interface optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Research customers, competitors, and products.
- Track industry trends and competitive landscape to contribute to strategic product design.
- Design for accessibility standards.
- Clearly explain your decisions and perspective.
- Support the digital marketing team in both short-term and long-term projects leveraging UX best practices and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including Operations, Product Management, Creative Design, Content, Analytics, and Digital Marketing Technology.
- Continuously bring creative and practical ideas to the table to improve overall customer experience
