Rooms To Go is currently in search of a full time Helpdesk Analyst Level II with a passion for excellence and the desire to provide outstanding customer service! This is a fantastic opportunity to get in with a growth-oriented company. Coverage includes all Rooms To Go Stores, Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers, Corporate Centers and remote users based both in the US and Puerto Rico markets.

What you’ll be doing:
· Provide first level troubleshooting and acting as a second-tier escalation level to the Helpdesk organization
What we’re looking for:
· An aptitude for working with a team of people and to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of issues, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues · Ability to prioritize, rapidly move from one task to another, and multi-task to satisfy the customer's immediate needs
· Passion for operational excellence, excellent interpersonal and soft skills
· Ability to liaison with IT Management
