Your Role & Responsibilities
Unlike traditional dental offices, Our Dental Group streamlines administrative tasks (insurance verification, billing, collections, marketing, reporting, payroll, etc.), freeing our Office Managers to focus on delivering an outstanding patient experience.
As a Dental Office Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Sales & Treatment Plan Presentation – Effectively present treatment plans, discuss insurance/financing, and drive high case acceptance rates.
Scheduling Optimization – Build and maintain a productive patient schedule, making 20 daily outbound calls to fill appointment slots.
Exceptional Patient Experience – Ensure every patient receives a welcoming, interactive, and seamless visit, both in person and over the phone.
Team Leadership & Training – Lead by example, motivate, train, and maximize the efficiency of your team.
Production & Targets – Meet monthly production goals by optimizing patient schedules and boosting team productivity.
Efficient Office Operations – Run the practice smoothly while adhering to policies and processes.
