Independent Contractor RN Supervisor – Home Care Location: Wyomissing, PA
Contractor Position | Part-Time / As Needed
Compensation: $35–$45 per visit / training session
(Rate may vary based on travel distance and case complexity)
About Us
Our Generosity Home Care Agency provides high-quality in-home support for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We're looking for a reliable and compassionate RN Contractor to oversee caregiver services, conduct training, and ensure compliance.
Scope of Work
- Perform initial in-home client assessments and complete care plans.
- Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days (or as required by the waiver program).
- Provide in-service training for caregivers (quarterly or as needed).
- Assist with caregiver skill evaluations and documentation.
- Complete and submit visit notes and assessments electronically.
- Provide guidance for incident follow-ups and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Must be organized, dependable, and good with communication.
- Ability to travel within Berks County and nearby areas.
- Liability insurance required (or willing to obtain).
- Willing to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement.
