This is an assistant director position. This position assists with maintaining health and safety regulations for the building. They keep track of inventory and supply ordering. This position requires someone with knowledge of daycare and preschool policies. This position will Help with family events and completing paperwork to help the company grow. This position requires 64 college credits with 21 in early childhood. This position requires at least two years of daycare experience and at least one year of managerial experience. This position typically works 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday Through Friday, but helps cover the other assistants time off also.
At Our Kids Daycare you start Earning paid time off your first day That can be used after 90 days and vacation at sis months. Benefits also include weekends and all major holidays off paid and day shift hours. Bonuses twice a year and scholarship opportunities are available after one year of continuous employment. Pay is based on prior experience and education. Insurance and a retirement plan is available.
