Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies.
- Communication: Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
-Scheduling: Manage calendars for team members, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets.
- Support: Assist in various projects as needed and provide support to staff members.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and organize company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
