About Our Silent Canvas:

Our Silent Canvas (OSC) is a pioneering non-profit record label and arts production organization founded by composer and producer Christopher Bono. OSC is dedicated to fostering creative collaboration across a diverse range of musical and visual arts projects. Over the years, OSC has become a platform for innovative and transformative experiences that blend music, art, and contemplative practices.

As OSC continues to evolve, we are expanding our focus to include not only traditional album production but also immersive surround sound projects and explorations into the gallery and fine art world. Our future plans include establishing a unique store and venue in the Hudson Valley, where audiences can engage deeply with our work.

The name "Our Silent Canvas" is inspired by the concept of Emptiness (Shunyata in Sanskrit), which reflects the idea that all forms and appearances are interconnected and arise from a deeper reality. Employees are invited to participate in optional weekly meditation sessions, fostering a balanced and thoughtful work environment. This unique blend of creative expression and contemplative practices forms the foundation of OSC’s identity.

We are offering a rare and special opportunity for a dedicated Director of Operations to join our team, drive our vision forward, and contribute to an organization that values creativity, innovation, and deep reflection. This role is perfect for someone who seeks more than just a job—someone who is passionate about music and the arts, and is eager to make a meaningful impact in a unique and evolving environment.
