Job Summary:
Maintains kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant including cleaning inside and outside of restaurant, sweeping the restaurant, cleaning windows, cleaning filters, clearing and wiping down tables.
- Places, changes and transports the trash to dumpsters.
- Sets up patio furniture including setting up tables and opening umbrellas.
- Brings in patio furniture at the end of the day.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Sets up tables for guests.
- Restocks any or all condiments/cutlery.
- Extracts dirty water as per company policies.
- Checks tables and wipes down chairs.
- Checks with manager as to who is cleaning the restrooms on a daily basis.
- Maintains food storage under company policy.

Language Ability:

Pay ranges from $20.00 - $20.50 depending on location and experience.
