Our Tender Hearts Healthcare is seeking experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Certified Medication Technicians to join our team in Baltimore and surrounding Counties. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living activities and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities :
Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals- Help individuals with meal preparation and feeding- Assist with light housekeeping tasks- Escort individuals to appointments and activities- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements :
