We are seeking an experienced Materials Program Manager to join Oura's Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for executing materials planning processes and ensuring effective communication within our global Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and excellent analytical skills. The Materials Program Manager will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations, working closely with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), suppliers, and internal teams to bring our product vision to life.
What you will do :
Materials Planning and Execution
- Manage the Clear-to-Build (CTB) process with suppliers and CMs, providing visibility to supply availability, inventory levels, and risk assessments and mitigation
- Utilize materials and supply chain data to recommend and inform supply chain strategies
- Develop material strategies to optimize material availability and minimize E&O
- Manage allocation strategies for constrained materials across factories and programs
- Analyze and recommend actions for excess and obsolete inventory situations
- Monitor and manage key supply chain data and metrics
Collaboration and Process Implementation
This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates located in the EST or CST time zone.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
