Responsibilities
- Supervise the Service Department and oversee day to day operations
- Create strategies to increase customer satisfaction
- Set sales, profitability, and customer service targets
- Develop and implement short and long term strategic plans
- Maintain an up to date understanding of products and services offered
- Ensure safety and compliance are met
- Monitor budgets and KPIs
- Lead and motivate staff
- Develop technical and customer service skills
- 5 years’ experience in Sales, Service, or Automotive Technologies
- Thorough understanding of automotive technologies, services, and products
- Experience leading or managing a service team
- Working knowledge of dealership operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to drive KPIs, exceed customer satisfaction targets, and motivate staff
