We are looking for an individual with 2 years of Toyota experience and a proven track records of excellent Customer Service (CSI). Reynolds systems experience is preferred but not required. Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information
- Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer
- Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into service database system.
- Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service.

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years automotive service department experience
- Fluent English--Bilingual a plus
- Documentation of past performance
- Automotive Knowledge required
- Quality Focus, Productivity, and Problem Solving
- Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills
- Out-going personality with experience at developing relationships
- Can work in a fast-pace environment, are organized, and can manage time efficiently
- Must have valid driver's license
