Duties
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure talent continuity within the organization.
- Utilize HR software such as Paychex, Paylocity, ADP, and Oracle for efficient HR management and reporting.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and identify areas for process improvement.
- Negotiate employment offers and manage employee contracts in compliance with labor laws.
- Present HR initiatives and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all employment labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Knowledge of succession planning best practices and methodologies.
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as paychex, Paylocity, ADP, or Oracle is preferred.
- Solid understanding of employment labor law and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building strong relationships.
