What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Hand position at ouroboros farms?
Aquaponics farm looking for one full-time or two part-time farmhands to join our crew in the greenhouse.
- Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9AM-5PM (flexible)
- Pay: Start at $17/hr, increase to $20/hr after 90 day review
The purpose of this position is to assist in harvesting, greenhouse maintenance and plant/fish care.
- Skills requirements include:
-Team player/Able to work solo, This is a very small crew, everyone is important.
-Solid work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for up to and work a full 8 hour day
