With a strong presence in the community, we have served over 200 families and continue to expand our services. We also provide staffing solutions for healthcare facilities in need of aides, nurses, and Med Techs.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Community Liaison to help grow our client base and establish strong relationships within the community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building partnerships, increasing referrals, and enhancing our agency’s visibility through both traditional and digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, social workers, case managers, senior centers, schools, and community organizations to generate client referrals.
- Identify and attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to promote our services.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with the community, create content, and generate leads for potential clients.
- Establish Points of Contact (POCs) with multiple groups for free and paid marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our services.
- Track and report referral sources, outreach efforts, and lead conversions to measure performance and growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in community outreach, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferably in healthcare or home care).
- Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation to drive engagement.
- Established connections with local organizations, healthcare professionals, and community groups.
- Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve referral targets.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for attending meetings and events.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $680 per week
- Commission-Based Incentives for new client acquisitions and successful partnerships.
