Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to help bring our custom designs to life in Northern Utah. If you have a strong carpentry background, a keen eye for precision, and a dedication to delivering high-quality work, this role is a perfect fit for you.

What You Will Do:

• Travel to client locations across Northern Utah to deliver and install custom cabinetry.
• Measure and prepare installation sites, ensuring accurate fits based on blueprints.
• Remove existing cabinetry and prepare spaces for new installations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to complete installations.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas both on-site and in the workshop.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth installation processes.
• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in cabinet installation or a related carpentry trade.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in woodworking is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Proficiency with power tools, measuring instruments, and woodworking machinery.
• Basic math skills for precise measurements and adjustments.
• Strong communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and strong time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

What You Will Experience:

• Hands-on work both at client sites and in our workshop.
• Physical demands include regular lifting of up to 50 lbs or more, bending, crouching, and using tools and machinery.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and environmental factors requiring safety precautions.
• Use of PPE, including closed-toe shoes, eye protection, and ear protection.
• Extended periods of standing, lifting, and maneuvering cabinetry and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
