Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business, foster client relationships, and manage the sales process from start to finish. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our design team to create customized solutions for our clients.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to secure new cabinetry and countertop projects.
- Manage project estimates, proposals, and contracts from initiation to approval.
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the product selection, revision, and project specifics processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct project site visits to inspect quality standards and address client concerns.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is highly valued.
- 1–2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in cabinetry, granite, or construction.
- 3–5 years of industry experience is highly desired.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
