Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, fostering client relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and contractors to secure new cabinetry and countertop projects.
- Provide accurate project estimates and manage proposals from initiation to approval.
- Guide clients through product selections, revisions, and project specifics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless project execution.
- Conduct project walk-throughs to address quality standards and resolve concerns.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred, especially in cabinetry, granite, or construction.
- 3–5 years of industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Cabinet Vision software is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and provide precise estimates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to client sites.
