Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business, foster client relationships, and manage the sales process from start to finish. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand into cabinetry sales and design, leveraging your expertise and passion for the industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with clients and contractors to secure new cabinetry and countertop projects.
- Develop and manage project estimates, proposals, and contracts from initiation to approval.
- Guide clients through the product selection, revision, and project specifics processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct project site visits to inspect quality standards and address client concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is an asset.
- 1–2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in cabinetry, granite, or construction.
- 3–5 years of industry experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
