Duties
- Retail Operations:
- Oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring smooth customer service and sales processes.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of chemicals, equipment, and accessories, optimizing stock management.
- Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Train and manage retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
Service Operations:
- Manage and schedule pool and spa maintenance, repair, and installation services.
- Oversee service technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service calls and resolve any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer requests, and warranties.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Financial & Administrative Duties:
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Work with the accounting team to manage invoicing, billing, and vendor payments.
- Develop reports on sales, service revenue, and overall business performance.
- Assist in setting sales targets and developing strategies to meet business goals.
Customer Relations & Business Development:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
- Build relationships with key customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Identify growth opportunities, including potential partnerships and new service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and market demands.
Results (Expected Accomplishments)

- Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of pool and spa equipment, chemicals, and maintenance techniques is beneficial but not required.
