We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales team in identifying and engaging potential clients for our software development solutions. This role involves assisting with lead generation, client communication, and sales process coordination. Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Provide information on software products and services to prospective customers.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Support the sales process by preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Research market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.
- Assist in organizing sales reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and procedures.
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role (preferably in tech or software).
- Basic understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or IT services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related software.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
