Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with product, QA, and development teams to prioritize and refine backlog items.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure delivery alignment.
- Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support testing, validation, and UAT processes to ensure solutions meet expectations.
- Help manage product roadmaps, timelines, and progress tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Internship experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) or agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to break down complex systems and processes into manageable components.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or wireframing tools is a plus.
