Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to understand their field service operations and translate requirements into Salesforce Field Service solutions.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce Field Service configurations, including service territories, work types, service appointments, crews, scheduling policies, and dispatching.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and functional design sessions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce (including Lightning Experience) to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and QA.
- Create documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Support data migration, system integration, and go-live readiness activities.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support as needed.
- Stay current on Salesforce updates, best practices, and roadmap enhancements.
