What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist (full-time or part-time) position at Outcomes, Inc.?
Part-time (up to 16 hours per week) Front Desk Reception and Administrative duties: We are a non-profit organization serving the Albuquerque area with counseling services and other civil programs since 1951. The ideal candidate will take in-coming calls from clients, schedule appointments, check in clients for their appointments, and work with insurance companies to get verification of eligibility, authorizations, etc. You will also need to be able to learn about the various programs that we facilitate and route telephone calls accordingly. We need someone with a willingness to learn new skills. This candidate will need to be available for coverage when other employees within the department are out of the office (sick or vacations). Experience scheduling appointments using computer software is desired. Computer literacy is required in Microsoft Word and Excel. Insurance billing & medical records experience is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) very helpful. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
