***The Clinical Operations Residency will begin in June 2025***
JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Operations Residency is a post-graduate program offering experience in MTM program administration. The resident will learn how pharmacists can impact the quality and rising cost of healthcare by providing patient-oriented medication therapy management (MTM) services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain clinical rules for the Insight™ Clinical Engine
- Implement and maintain clinical programs in accordance with clinical guidelines and CMS regulations
- Gain experience and be a Clinical liaison in the following areas:
- Quality assurance
- Data management
- Sales and marketing
- Research
- Network training and support
- Co-manage clients from a clinical perspective
- Attend calls, pull supporting reporting as applicable
- Assist in delivery of call follow-ups, answer client questions
- Participate in national industry meetings, trade shows, and client visits, as needed
- Complete project and present final analysis at the IPA Annual Meeting
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
- Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the United States, Iowa preferred (must be licensed within 120 days of hire date)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects,
assignments, and responsibilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, demonstrating professionalism and good judgment at all times
- Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to <10%
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Doctorate
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy,
- Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the United States, Iowa preferred (must be licensed
within 120 days of hire date)
