Key Responsibilities:
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels. At Hive Group, salary decisions are influenced by several factors, including but not limited to the role, location, and the combination of education, training, skills, certifications, competencies, and relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring adherence to key metrics such as time to fill, diversity of hires, hiring manager experience, and candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment standard operating procedures, ensuring alignment with project and team objectives
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, leveraging multiple channels such as internal referrals, alumni networks, LinkedIn, outreach events, and online campaigns
- Ensure a transparent recruitment process, provide timely communication, and incorporate candidate feedback to enhance the overall experience
- Partner with the HR team to determine competitive salary offers, obtain approvals, and effectively communicate offers and benefits to candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics to inform and adjust strategies, aiming to continuously meet or exceed recruitment goals
- Offer recruiting support to colleagues and participate in talent outreach events, promoting the company as an employer of choice
- Ensure recruitment practices are in full compliance with OFCCP, EEOC regulations, and internal policies.
- Regularly update recruitment strategies and practices to reflect changes in legislation and company policies, conducting periodic audits to ensure ongoing compliance
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 4 years in recruiting, with a specific focus on Federal Government contracts and security clearance roles
- Must possess the ability to manage 15-20 cleared/non-cleared requisitions at any given time
- Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills, adept at selecting candidates who align with both the position requirements and client expectations
- Must possess demonstrated experience in recruiting for Federal Government contracts, including all levels of security clearance, and familiarity with OFCCP compliance
- Possess outstanding communication skills, ensuring clear, concise, and effective exchanges with all stakeholders.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to respond swiftly to recruiting needs and queries.
