The ROP Shop is looking for a part-time Customer Service and Product Support Representative.
-During our peak busy season (April through June), the ideal candidate will be available to work more hours, as needed.
This position is responsible for assisting customers with products sold through our e-commerce marketplaces. This often entails taking phone calls and replying to messages sent through email, online marketplaces and live chat. Once trained, the Representative would be comfortable viewing parts diagrams to help customers find the correct parts for their small engines/power equipment. They will also be able to explain our warranty and returns policies and assist customers through those processes. The Representative will also enter orders into our sales/inventory program and occasionally review marketplace listings to ensure accuracy of product details.
