Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Northern Ohio is hiring a hard-working and dependable Scheduling and Client Support Coordinator for its outdoor lighting company based in Solon, Ohio, with a minimum of two years of related experience. This is a 30-hour-per-week position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. Flexible work hours, scheduled Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. This position is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and completing customer service, appointment scheduling, and clerical functions that support operations and field services as directed by the Company Owner or other senior field team members.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls. Respond to customer inquiries and requests and gather customer information in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Utilize our CRM (Service Minder) to set up new customer accounts, maintain customer files, schedule appointments, and track projects to assist with keeping projects on track.
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Communicate with field technicians
- Handle customer issues and follow up with appropriate internal personnel
- Participate in monthly team meetings
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a timely fashion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Systematic in their approach
- Minimum 2 years of office, customer service, and scheduling experience, including demonstrated knowledge and experience with using customized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems
- Varied computer and phone skills
